The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the 345bet platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules may supplement these general rules and will be made available within the relevant betting interface.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation; it is the player's responsibility to verify the final odds before submitting a wager.

• Money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or the use of the 345bet platform for any purpose connected with the proceeds of criminal activity.

Your continued use of the 345bet platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 345bet support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures notified by 345bet. 345bet's decision on all platform-related disputes — including bet settlement, account closure, and bonus eligibility — shall be final and binding, subject to manifest error.

Nothing in this Agreement affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
